“Man picked lock, molested woman, authorities say
HILL N’ DALE — A 43-year-old man was arrested and charged over the weekend with sexual battery.
Dinh Pham Ruby is accused of unlocking a woman’s bedroom door with a butter knife, then molesting her early Saturday morning.
The suspect, who was allegedly intoxicated at the time, admitted that he had gone into the woman’s bedroom but would not say how he had gotten in”
